Personal data (mostly referred to as “data” below) are only processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there.

II. Rights of users and data subjects
With a view to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
• for confirmation as to whether the relevant data is being processed, for information about the processed data, for further information about data processing and for copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR);
• to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR);
• to the immediate deletion of the data concerning you (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, if further processing is required in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR;

III. Information on data processing
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention requirements and no other information on individual processing methods is given below.
Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or to our web space provider via your internet browser. Contract processing

We delete the data when the contract has been fully processed, but must observe the retention periods under tax and commercial law.

1. Passing on of personal data to Plentymarkets

3. Forwarding of personal data to heidelpay

4. Transfer of personal data to PayPal

Customer account / registration function
If you create a customer account with us via our website, we will use the data you entered during registration (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, for contract fulfillment or for the purpose of Customer care (e.g. to provide you with an overview of your previous orders with us or to be able to offer you the so-called memo function) collect and save. Checking creditworthiness and scoring
